Our Customer Services team are happy to answer all your questions and queries. They will be able to process your order and will be able
to discuss any areas regarding delivery.

Emails are picked up both during business hours and out of hours, and we reply as soon as possible.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate.
Colours are representative and may not reflect exact shades. The customer should appreciate that colour differences can occur in any product when it is being viewed on a computer screen.

Whilst we stock a large number of outfits and sizes, it may be, that on some occasions, we have to order a specific item for a customer.
We make every effort to keep
the order time down to a minimum.

Faulty Merchandise

If, on receipt of an item, it is found to be damaged, the customer must return the item within seven days.
We offer an immediate replacement if in stock, or we can order a replacement to be shipped to the customer as soon as possible.
We would also be happy to offer a refund, if this is preferred.


All the prices stated on the website include free delivery to anywhere within the U.K.
For delivery prices outside the U.K. there is an additional charge, please phone or email and we will advise you of this price.


Orders can be made on-line using our secure ordering system powered by UPG (Universal Payment Gateway), the system is
PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure, Address Checking (AVS) and Card Security Code Checks.
Orders can also be made by phoning the store on 01706 849006 during the store opening hours.
Orders received before 2.00pm on a week day (not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day by DPD with
expected delivery the next working day before 1.00pm. If you prefer us to call you, please email your telephone
number and a time that is convenient, and we will phone you to answer any questions and take your order. We take all major credit and
debit cards.


Your items will be delivered by DPD.
Orders received before 2.00pm should be with you by 1.00pm the next working day for UK Mainland. Orders made on a Friday before
2.00pm will normally be delivered on Monday before 1.00pm UK Mainland. If you order on a Friday before 2.00pm and require a Saturday
delivery, please contact us via phone or email and we will be more than happy to arrange it. Deliveries to Northern Ireland & Ireland should
take 2 working days, and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands should take 2 working days.


If the item you ordered is not suitable then please return it in the original packaging, with all labels attached and in an unworn condition. It
may be beneficial for the customer to use a return postage service that ensures a 'proof of postage and proof of delivery', such as Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery', as this would be required should a parcel go missing . The Item must be returned within 14 days of the
customer receiving it and the cost of the return postage must be paid by the customer.


We usually process a refund within 24 hours from the time we receive the item.


Any personal data provided will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Any personal data provided will not be passed to any 3rd part.
