Returns
If an item(s) you have ordered is not suitable then please return it in the original packaging, with all labels attached and in an unworn condition. It may be beneficial for you to use a return postage service that ensures a Signed For 'proof of delivery', as you would require this should your parcel go missing. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the you receiving your parcel and the cost of the return postage should be paid for by the yourself (including any customs charges for international orders). We cannot be held responsible for fulfilling incomplete postage charges resulting in the failure to deliver your return to us.
Please note: We can only offer replacements for orders placed in the UK. If you would like a replacement from outside of these areas we recommend to place a new separate order and we will process a refund for the returning item(s).
Refunds
We usually process a refund within one business day of us receiving the item. The confirmation email can then take a further 24 hours for you to receive. Please note - it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your statement once we have processed this.
